During the holidays, the Consular Office will not be open to the public. The hotline for consultation of document related services (006-03-21645272) will be temporarily suspended.

For Chinese citizens, in case of emergencies, please call 12308 consular protection hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (0086-10-12308 or 0086-10-65612308), or contact the Embassy through the consular protection and assistance hotline 006-03-21645301. If your passport is  lost, please report to the police and send an email to kl_hz@csm.mfa.gov.cn for emergent application of travel document. The office will reply as soon as possible.
