On January 15, H.E. Ambassador Ouyang Yujing met with the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Malaya, Professor Dato' Seri Dr. Noor Azuan Abu Osman and exchanged views on deepening China-Malaysia higher education as well as people-to-people and cultural exchanges and cooperation.
