On December 18, H.E. Ambassador Ouyang Yujing attended and delivered a speech at the Launching Ceremony of the ECRL Official Logo and Train Exterior Styling & Signing Ceremony of the ECRL Operations and Maintenance Joint Venture Agreement. Also present were Minister of Transport of Malaysia, YB Anthony Loke Siew Fook and Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia, Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar.
